After he has passed the master degree of economics at the University of Trier, Dr. Dorozala, today's managing partner of 2D Steuerberatung, was working 4 years as assistant professor at the chair for business economics and tax law of the University Rostock.

 

He received a doctor's degree of economics (doctor rerum politicarum), changed the job by joying the international auditing firm Arthur Andersen in Duesseldorf as tax professional (in Germany Arthur Andersen merged with Ernst & Young in 2002). He passed the exam for certified tax consultants, left Arthur Andersen after 3,5 years and changed to the tax department of the group holding company ThyssenKrupp AG, a DAX30-listed company. Dr. Dorozala was the responsible internal tax adviser for several affiliated companies belonging to ThyssenKrupp's division plant engineering and construction.

 

After 3,5 years with ThyssenKrupp he left in 2004 the company in order to go into business for himself as certified tax consultant. At the end of 2009 the legal form of his consulting firm was changed by founding 2D Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG, which subsequently bought out the firm of certified tax consultant Detmar Fischer at the beginning of 2010.
